First you have to install East language pack


FILES NEED
Microsoft AppLocale Utility 1.05.zip

1. Install AppLocale

2. Find AppLocal in Start Menu



3. Click next



4. Click Browse



5. Browse to silkroad.exe



6. Click next



7. Choose chinese language



8. Now skills are in chinese



9. Translate skills



Next you can simple start Silkroad in start menu.
